我是山姆
在星巴克工作的山姆（西恩•潘 Sean Penn 饰），虽已成人，但智力水平只有7岁。一次偶然，他收留了一个流浪女。该女子帮山姆生下了一个女儿后消失得无影无踪。他给女儿取名叫露西（达科塔•范宁 Dakota Fanning 饰），因为他最喜欢甲壳虫乐队的《天空中戴钻石 的露西》。他非常疼爱自己的孩子。露西在山姆的细心呵护下慢慢地长大了，她发现爸爸不能看懂稍微复杂一些的故事。她在拒绝长大，希望和爸爸一样。父女俩的生活是那么幸福。地区的教育官员发现了这个特殊的家庭，他们认为山姆没有能力照顾露西，于是把露西带走了。伤心极了的山姆一心要挣回露西的抚养权，于是他自以为是的去找该地区最好的律师……

本剧改编自自身也有护士经验的藤冈阳子所著同名小说。故事发生在1945年的菲律宾，穿越时空的主人公，在战争时期物资匮乏、与死亡相伴的残酷状况下，与同伴们一起不失去希望地生活着，通过每天的生活，逐渐找回生存的力量。
好像一切都很糟糕
Ayşe, Ali, Mehmet and Zeynep are middle-class millennials struggling to make ends meet in Istanbul. Either still living with their parents or hardly getting by without help from their families, they are all beset by similar woes: money crunch, joblessness, social isolation. In view of the world’s horrors that Zeynep enumerates in her diary entries, these are minor problems, ‘slight disasters’, but they are all-consuming, at least to the extent of making them cry in the still of the night. However, Umut Subasi’s first feature, Almost Entirely a Slight Disaster, is not a melodrama. With an appealingly light touch, it diagnoses the malaise of a generation that has run up against a dead end, one whose future prospects are indistinguishable from a game of chance. This is a world where astrology, the lottery and online personality tests compete with visa and job applications as life-shaping elements. Fittingly, the film is structured around chance and coincidence, with its handful of characters encountering each other in every permutation, as though there were no world outside this small social bubble. 丧尸特警
