夫妻成长日记电影版2：吻

　　理查（保罗·吉亚玛提 饰）和瑞秋（凯瑟琳·哈恩 饰）因不孕而饱受煎熬。这对夫妻一心投入辅助生育和领养安排，在这个狭小领域中愈陷愈深，同时还要为维系婚姻付出努力。他们尝试了试管婴儿，情绪和财务都受到严重影响，眼看中年就要步入尾声，感觉山穷水尽之际，刚从大学辍学的莎蒂（凯丽·卡特 饰）出现并再次进入了他们的生活，一切也终于开始好转......

　　影片以年轻女剧作家周安安（吴佳丽饰），以自己的家庭为灵感创作一部舞台剧的故事展开。在与好友程若颜（艾欣玮饰）和青年摄影师林亦（栩晨昱饰）追逐梦想的过程中，意外地揭开了一段被埋藏的过去。随着周安安与养母之间情感鸿沟的不断扩大，现实迫使她不得不拼凑起自己破碎的记忆。过去真相的层层剥落，使她意识到被困在自身编织的梦境中，最终在家人的理解和爱下重建记忆，找回真实的自我。　　影片将戏剧与“戏中戏”的叙事风格相结合，采用开放式结局，为观众带来发人深省的体验，引导观众思考家庭、真相和自我发现等主题，以及真实记忆与想象之间的微妙关系。
